The police's relentless pursuit of Celty Sturluson, the Headless Rider, is one such example. Furthermore, a hefty bounty has been set on her, fueling the drive of gang members all around the world to begin seeking for the magical creature as well. Meanwhile, Aoba Kuronuma, a strange underclassman with unclear intents, approaches Mikado Ryuugamine and declares that he knows Mikado's actual identity. But Ikebukuro's peace is short-lived, as a new menace emerges in the shape of a murderer known as "Hollywood," who wears a different mask each time they commit a crime.
