Sakura and Shizuku begin the film by fleeing Akainu and Kiinu through a grove of cherry blossom trees. Shizuku is attacked by the dogs, but she bites them and turns them into origami. When Sakura and Shizuku arrive at the portal, Shizuku hands Sakura three cards and instructs her to seek for the symbols on them to find aid. Shizuku pulls Sakura through the door as Karasu Tengu comes. Sakura falls from the sky to Ichigozaka village on the opposite side of the portal.
