Originally, Ousai Academy was an all-girls high school. It was turned into a co-ed school due to decreased birth rates in recent years. The first-year male students would be surrounded by girls, and Tsuda Takatoshi was one among them. Worse, on his first day, he is chastised by the student council president, Shino Amakusa, which does not create a favorable first impression of him. Tsuda also meets the other student council members while being reprimanded, and as a result, he is late for class. Shino lets him join the student council for numerous "reasons" as an apology for wrecking his morning, and he accepts it, or rather, is forced to accept it. As Tsuda quickly understands, this is how his days begin.
