An enthusiastic comedian and comedy fan, Yayoi Sakamoto enrolls in Namba's private Kazuki High School (the entertainment district of Osaka, which is famous as the starting point for many comedians). When she was young, she reunited with her childhood friend, Yomogi Takahashi, who formed the Owarai Combi Conamons. Eventually, they find themselves in the park, just as they have put together a routine for attending competitions in the local shopping district. At that moment, a mysterious girl calls on them.
